Wolverine

Tree House Brewing Company's Wolverine is a Black India Pale Ale brewed in Massachusetts. Expect roasted malt depth meeting citrusy hops, with bitter cocoa grounding a grapefruit zing. "Eclipsing any preconceived notion of what a dark, hop-forward ale can be, this brew comes alive with Columbus and Citra. It opens with bright notes of grapefruit layered over a crack of black pepper and a grounded, earthy spice. A punch of Warrior hop extract intensifies the profile, radiating sharp lemon zest and resinous pine-sap aromatics. Bold, aromatic, and unapologetically complex—this one challenges the style in all the best ways." — @h4rdr0c Location: Boston Harbor
