Kopstootje
8/10Puik Bieren · Barrel Aged · 9.6% ABV
Post notes
A kopstootje (translated from Dutch: "little headbutt") is a traditional Dutch ritual pairing of a drink: a chilled glass of jenever (Dutch gin) served alongside a glass of beer (usually a Pilsner). It is a beloved staple of the traditional ‘brown café’ culture in the Netherlands. Puik Bieren barrel aged it in one bottle. The sharp, botanical, malty warmth of the jenever is balanced by the refreshing, carbonated chill of the beer.
